Spotting @ 10weeks

Hi mummies, I just noticed some pink and brown spotting on my panty liner. I will be 10 weeks tomorrow, and I have a gynae appointment tmr at KKH as well. Should I go to a&e now or can I wait till tomorrow? Is spotting normal?

I also had the same issue, I waited for the next gynae appointment and asked. fetus turned out to be well :)
