Formula milk

hi mummies, i dont think i can breastfeed as i have really cracked and sore nipples, so i started with formula goat milk for my LO 1 week old.. it is okay right? #firsttimemom

Apply nipple cream, put on breast pads to prevent further frictions, hand express for the time being till your nipples feels better. Don’t put the pressure of having to breastfeed, I had to mix feed my baby because I was low on supply, took me 1.5m to be able to provide full bm for my baby. I did exclusive pumping cause latching wasn’t doing too well for me. Heal your nipples first, you can do this 💪🏻!
