I started my pregnancy smoking as i was a heavy smoker until my pregnancy was nearing 2-3 months i auto stop and puke everytime i smell cigarette smell! And been stoping , now im alrdy at my 38 weeks and no one is allowed to smoke near me 😂🙈

u can seek adv from ur gynae before taking nicotine gum or patch. anyway, u can do it! try to cut it, focus on both u and ur baby health. whenever there's urge to smoke find ways to distract that urge.. good luck and tc mummy!

i'm heavy smoker too.. currently pregnant with #3.. all my pregnancies i didnt stop smoking.. just that when you give birth the milk flow will not be much.. mine last 1mth to breastfeed.. 😅😅

Just go cold turkey. Mind over body. Used to be a smoker to but once i found out im pregnant after 10 yrs of trying i stop. Think of ur baby. U are stronger than u think. All the best.

I’m sure your baby is priority regardless and as a soon to be mum, you will not want anything to happen to your unborn child. Take the opportunity to quit for good. Good luck.

My friend still smoke during pregnancy and she delivered healthy bb, maybe can reduce the intake and of course if possible to not smoke at all..

i tried to cut down till one day i suddenly couldn't take the taste or smell anymore & stopped

I do and still. Smoke when i was 5 weeks but . . Just 3 puff . not the whole stick ..
