Symptoms to look out for early delivery?

HI Mummies, currently I am in 35weeks day 5, just went to toilet and there is some thick mucus like discharge, is this a symptom of possible early delivery? Is there anything I need to look out for?

Could be mucus plug. Other signs include bloody show, water bag breaking, lower back pain and etc.

no it’s just discharge.
