How to clear baby cradle cap?

Hi mummies my baby is 5mo+ now and her head is almost ok but left with the image below. Is it cradle cap? Has anyone encountered this? How do i make it go away? Pls advise! TIA #FTM #advicepls #firstbaby #firsttimemom
