Switch back to subsidized from private after bb is born

Hi Mummies, anyone here 1) switch from subsidized to private when approaching delivery so to stay in A ward and then 2) after discharge from hospital switch back to subsidized again? Just get referral letter from polyclinic to be under subsidized route right? Anything to note?
