Consumption of bird nest

Any mommies drinking bird nest on a regular/daily basis now? Heard many pregnant women drinking it. Some says baby will have good/ fair skin. Wondering if its really true. #firsttimemom

I guess it depends on individuals! Some mommies don’t drink bird nest during confinement or after birth because it is ‘cooling’ food and should be consuming ‘heaty’ food during this period. However, there are some mommies who still take moderately as it helps to regulate blood supply, maintain good complexion etc. There are a lot of health benefits too.
