Consumption of bird nest

Question

Any mommies drinking bird nest on a regular/daily basis now? Heard many pregnant women drinking it. Some says baby will have good/ fair skin. Wondering if its really true. #firsttimemom

I’m currently drinking every 2-3 times a week! :) I heard it will help the baby to have good skin too but not sure if it’s true 😅 also heard it’s beneficial for mommy and baby but I just drink it because I like bird nest even before pregnancy 😂
