Tummy cramps

Hi mommies, anyone experience period like cramps on your first trimester? Am on my 6 weeks and sometimes at night i experience period like cramps which can be abit intense that can last about 15 mins. Is it normal? So far thankfully no spotting or bleeding.. My first gynae appt is next week. #1stimemom

Am facing the same thing and most mummy said its normal due to expanding, planting n others.. As long as theres no bleed should be okay.. But after a while its subsides. Also try monitor how long amd frequent the cramps is.. So you can let ur gynae know or inform the doctor when u go A&E

if u are worried, please go see doctor. also, if u r bleeding. please proceed to a&e okie.
