Hi ladies, FTM here. Would like to know what is tummy time and how to do it? Anything to take note of ? How old should baby be before doing tummy time ?#advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby

You can start tummy time once the umbilical stump falls off. Which is around 2 weeks+- . Can go YouTube and search how to do tummy time. There are many videos that are very useful.
