Period-like cramp at 32 weeks

Ive got mild cramp, it feels like my period is gg to come. But im already on my 32 weeks pregnant. Issit something i should be worried about? I can still feel my baby movement. Just a bit uncomfortable because of the cramp-like feelings. My appt is in two days time..
