Crying all the time

It's my first baby and husband is aboard so I'm here with his family and it's really hard to live without him during this period. Can anyone suggest me something so that I can live happy. Sorry to tell you I have tried to watch series, movies, cartoons etc but I'm unable to watch and enjoy anything. I'm a writer but these days I can't even read or eat or sleep.
