stomach pain at 17 weeks

Im having stomach pain for not more then 10 mins before I sleep at night. Pain feel like gastric stomach pain..I can't able to stand or sit erect coz my stomach is tight. Later changing to other position it goes away. Im 17 weeks pregnant with my first baby. Im very confused if everything is ok and my baby is fine.
