Extreme nausea after taking enfamama. Pls help!

hi all I’m a first time mom, my mother and mother in law both told me to take enfamama to provide more nutrition for the fetus(11 weeks). It’s my first time taking and we bought quite a few can. After awhile of drinking it I’m feeling extremely nauseous and the taste is still stuck in my throat. Is this normal? Any other mom experiencing it? Is my body rejecting the enfamama? ( side info: I didn’t not experience any nausea thruout 11 weeks of my pregnancy) #adviceplease #help
