fatigue in 1st tri

Im always so so sleepy and im currently towards my 2nd tri, i am not sure if its normal. having nauseous constantly whenever i see or smell fruits!! i went to check so far baby growing & heart beat is normal as well... ive been very2 tired to get up & get ready for work. any one can suggest how i can boost my energy and overcome my lethargic? 😅#advice

Some here suggested chicken essence. If tired, rest. That's your body asking you to rest.
