Help! Spotting that looks like stains on my pad on 5w4d?

Im 5w4d, i saw spotting (looks like stain) on my pad, it’s not pink, darker than pink, in between brown and red I called my gynae, I was told to have more bed rest, the medicine or support given already maximum, and now really depends on myself
