Vomiting everythg u eat

I will start eating n will get nausea n lose my appetite aft a few bites. And I vomit out most of my fav food. I'm still 6 weeks. And I'm getting weaker Coz of not eating n vomiting. Any suggestion? #pleasehelp #firstbaby #1stimemom #advicepls
