Obgyn Recommendation

I am now week 21, a subsidized patient at KKH. I don’t have a specific gynae that I am seeing at the moment. I am thinking of changing to private as my friend advised me to fix a gynae so that I can start planning birth plan. May I know when I should start looking for a gynae?
