Child birthcert/health booklet lost!

Hi ! I misplaced my child birthcert and health booklet and i cant remember where i last put. I've been forgetting and misplacing alot of things lately and its making me frustrated and anxious. Anyone able to help advice me what to do for replacing both of that? Is it normal to be forgetting alot of things and feeling frust about it? #1stimemom #advicepls
