Spotting on and off for a month

I have been spotting for a month and have went to kkh twice. Each time i was told its normal but i cannot help but worry. What should i do? Its scary to see blood every time i wipe after peeing. Please help.

Just an update for anyone curious on my case. I ended up losing the pregnancy after all.

Hope u r doing fine, sorry to hear the loss. Try eat nutritious food and keep healthy lifestyle to build strong body and mind. U will definitely get pregnant after 3 months. Speaking from experience as it took me long way to realise both men and women body and lifestyle are the key in pregnancy. Take good care of urself.
