Chances of sustaining pregnancy after a misscarriage

I had a missed misscarriage 2 months back and now I found out that I am pregnant again. I am just worried that it might happen again :( Does the chances of sustaining pregnancy after a misscarriage increase ? Any advise or experiences on this please? Really nervous #advicepls

idk if it helps. i asked the doc for progesterone. a medication that inserted thru the vagina to help strengthen i forgot what. maybe u can ask ur gynae abt it. cos i told him i working w special needs and my first baby idw to risk it.

    Thanks for this. Actually the Gynae gave me Duphaston to support the pregnancy
