How do I assure the progress of pregnancy on track in fts

I am first time mom and pregnant at 10 weeks. Is there any ways to assure that the pregnancy is fine throughout the first trimester? I kept having nightmares of misfortune and feel restless sometimes. The bad morning sickness through the day doesn't help too. I haven't been feeling like myself lately. #pleasehelp #1stimemom
