constant abdominal pain

I am 23 weeks pregnant and I have 5 days having abdominal pain under my navel area.it really hurt and I have never experienced this on the past pregnancy of my two boys.i did go to the doctor..she said is because of vaginal discharge.the pills she gave me are not helping.please anyone with a solution hep.im in pain.
