Battling depression

I am 18 weeks pregnant but lately, I have been feeling stressed, burnt out and emotional. I cry at the drop of a hat. I feel really alone and could do with any advice.#firstmom

Yes, I agree. sit down with your partner or someone you're comfortable with to let out. Cry it out if it does make you feel better after. Go for a walk, shop, sleep more. Sometimes, when you're tired, the more you feel.
