Can I apply bto with my newborn (s'porean) while waiting for husband's PR to approve?

My husband is currently holding LTVP and our baby is coming soon. Just wanna ask if I can apply for bto with my newborn while waiting for my husband's PR to approve? Both my baby and I are singaporean. What hdb scheme am i under? Help to advice please TIA! #pleasehelp #advicepls

not sure if newborn can or must be child aged 21 years and above cos hdb’s concern is payment. best to check with hdb
