Allergic reaction

Hi everyone! I’m in trimester 1 (5 weeks) - I have an allergic reaction - can I have an antihistamine? I don’t see much content around it and I haven’t had my first appt yet. #adviceplease

I think it is better to check with a doctor. A GP would be able to advise.
