Dm during pregnancy

Does anyone have diabetes during pregnancy? My ogtt shoot up quitr high during this 2nd pregnancy.just wondering will it affect the process of giving birth?#advicepls

It will probably have effects on yr body and the baby.. go get advise frm the doc on the next step..i had gd but still managed to do normal delivery..bt my baby is normal weight avg 3kg
