Birth position - on all four TMC

Birth position any recommendations for #firsttimemom Thinking of on all four for gravity help but not sure if midwife or nurse will ask mi lie down on back which I heard it d worst position Also giving birth in TMC , do they have peanut ball or birth ball to support or I need bring my own

Best to call in and confirm as most of us probably just did the norm way which is lying down. By then you probably just wanna offload and get it over with hahaha. Pretty sure they can make arrangements and most importantly is to communicate with your gynae. Never knew TMC has water birth (check out Tina Yong on YouTube) so they probably can make arrange something with you 😊.
