S26 stage 3

My baby recently having diarrhoea after drinking s26 stage 3 , is it normal ? He had no problem previously. Is anyone facing the same issue?

same to mine, currently he is 18 mths, we tried soy milk or goat milk he got no issue with that, but when we switch him back to s26 stage 3, his diarrhoea came back
