Baby keep moving and hyperactive at night

My baby keep moving about in my belly at midnight for an hour or two making me lose sleep. I didn’t eat anything to irritate the baby either. Any mummy here experience it and what should I do?

I got that for my first and second child they are active at night onwards and wee hours. I just sleep off and tap my belly while telling them to sleep. Usually they sleep in the afternoon when you are walking around. It is like rocking mode to make them sleep.
