Wedge Positioner

my baby is 6 weeks old and his acid reflux (ger) is affecting his sleep. i read mix review on merge positioner, some parents say it is useful but American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) doesn’t recommend it. what is your experience and any good wedge pillow to recommend??#firstbaby #pleasehelp #advisepl
