Insomnia at 13 weeks

Any advice on how to get a good night sleep? I'm at 13 weeks and struggling to sleep. I only sleep around 3 to 4 hours..wondering if there is a medicTion that i cn turn to..#advicepls #firsttimemom #pleasehelp #firstbaby

I had the same between weeks 6-10. But it went away after I started on Obimin (not sure if it was a coincidence). Check with your gynae.

please check with your obgyn!! there are some drowsy antihistamine options that are safe..or melatonin.:)
