Infection down there during pregnancy

Hi, am 7 weeks pregnant and got infection down there. Feeling itchy . I have Neoderm which I used earlier to get rid of infection. Can I use it now? #advicepls #firstbaby #1stimemom #pregnancy #pleasehelp
