Watery stool with mucus for 13 month old

Hi, my 13 month old has been pooping watery yellow stool. Monday pooped 4 times, tues & wed pooped 3 times per day. On tues, 1 of the poop have some mucus-like thing. Any parents experienced this? Do we need to bring her to see doctor? Is it considered as diarrhoea? She's still her normal active self though. Today she pooped twice. And i have attached the photo of her latest poop for reference.
