Gdm pre meal pricking that is low in 2.9 or 3.2 or 3.7.

Hi mummies, I have been recently told I have gdm, so requires to do pricking, however realise my pre-meal pricking most of the time is below range, like in 3.2 - 3.8, then today pre meal lunch 2.9. Is there anything that can help to put my range in safe range? Is my food intake not enough? Or I eat too late, cos I eat like 4 or 5hours apart from the previously meal start eating timing. Do I need to shorten my hours? If yes, like what is the hours apart? Had my breakfast around 8am, lunch around 1pm, dinner around 6pm. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. #advicepls #gdm #lowrangereading
