Did anyone totally PANTANG wen confinement?.., did anyone drink pokka lemon tea? Is it ok to drink vitasoy? #CuriousMum#

    Actually by right old wives tale drink only red dates water. By left doc say no such things as what food is restricted nit take care if feeding baby breast milk no alcohol try lessen medication.
