Yes. I pump exclusively. Had gained 18kg from pregnancy and lost 22kg, all while eating more than I had used to. But now tt I stopped pumping, my weight bounced back to pre pregnancy.

Hey mummy’s anyone know what to pack for 4 month old baby? And must haves? For a 3 days 2 night trip #AskingAsAMom #CuriousAlert

Depending on which country, such as malaysia, I wont pack that much as I can get the supplies like diaper or wet wipes from supermarket. I will just bring enough clothes and just buy from shop if needed more clothes. On top of these, need to see if your baby is on bm or fm and bring the tools/milk bottle accordingly☺️
