Baby is one week to 5 months old now. Recently he refuse to drink milk and make a lot of “ehh” sounds throughout the day. He also has a lot of spit up (legit will be all over the floor) after feeds if he drinks. He sleep well and is pooping/peeing normally. Any advices from the mamas here? Should we bring him to see a pd?

Supporting Your Child’s Math Journey: learning math in Singapore
As parents in Singapore, many of us are no strangers to the pressures our children face in school. Among the various subjects, math seems to be a perennial challenge for students at all levels. With the rigorous education system in Singapore, many students find themselves struggling to grasp complex mathematical concepts, especially as they transition to higher levels. The pressure is not only on students but also on parents, who feel the weight of ensuring their children succeed academically. The Growing Struggle with Math Math is often perceived as one of the most difficult subjects by students in Singapore. Whether it’s primary school students grappling with foundational concepts like whole numbers and fractions, or secondary students navigating the complexities of algebra and geometry, the struggle is real. Many parents watch as their children lose confidence and motivation due to the demands of the curriculum. For students preparing for major exams like the PSLE or O-Levels, the stress is amplified, leaving parents unsure of how best to support their children. The challenge doesn’t end with academic understanding. Students often make careless mistakes under time pressure or misinterpret questions in the exam setting, leading to frustration. Parents find themselves at a crossroads: Do they offer more tuition, or do they risk overwhelming their child? Why Personalised Tutoring is Key This is where a structured and supportive math tuition approach becomes critical. At Daniel’s Math Tuition, we understand the difficulties that both students and parents face. Daniel has over a decade of experience in helping students rebuild their confidence in math through tailored lessons. His approach is based on identifying individual weaknesses and guiding students towards understanding the subject, rather than rote memorization. Through Daniel’s Math Tuition, students are encouraged to ask questions freely, practice regularly, and overcome their fear of making mistakes. We aim not only to improve students’ math grades but also to instill a sense of achievement and enjoyment in solving problems. Working Hand-in-Hand with Parents As a parent, your role is just as crucial in your child’s academic journey. While it’s natural to feel anxious about their performance, Daniel works closely with parents to ensure a collaborative approach. Regular updates on your child’s progress, coupled with an open line of communication, ensure that parents are always in the loop. We know that every child is different, which is why flexibility and patience are key elements of Daniel’s teaching method. At Daniel’s Math Tuition, we understand that parenting is difficult, especially when it comes to academic pressure. Our goal is to alleviate some of that pressure by providing effective support for your child’s math learning.
