Bleed brown from wiped

Just a minute ago, I wiped my vagina and this is what I saw. Does this mean something is wrong? I am currently pregnant. My right have pain for awhile now but it's kinda off and on. Its light pain.

light brown discharge with right lower stomach pain. no other pregnancy symptoms.

Today I am having light brown discharge only once in the morning. My right lower side of my stomach is been having pain like my period and light tingling sometimes through the past few weeks. Other than that I do not have any pregnancy symptoms. Plus, I went for ultrasound and they said there are fluid but no baby. Is all this something I should worried?
