Hi I am 7 month pregnant , I hope its not a problem to eat gajjak n mungfali , if it is so, then please share yur thougts people. Also, I do not eat much of both, I have them in very less quantity just to taste , that's it.

Aap sab kuch kha sakti ho... Everything should be in moderation.. Try eating walnuts ,pistachios and sunflower seeds .. Try more varieties for nutrients.

cold, cough , fever

Hi, M 16 weeks pregnant and having cold, cough and mild fever , also vomitings. Doctor has recommended the medicine but there is 1 more thing which I wanted to ask here is there is some black water coming in motion whenever I m going to fresh up myself... Can you plzz suggest any home remedy ?
