Headache during 1st trimester

Hello po. Ask ko lang po kung normal ba na magkaroon ng headache pag buntis? I'm on my 13 weeks now and 5 days na sumasakit ulo ko. I already took Paracetamol but the pain is still there. I also tried soothing balm but still no effect. Ano pa po pwede gawin para ma-lessen yung headache? Thank you.
