Paano po ba mag counting NG pregnancy month after missed period po ba or next month missed pa

From first day of last menstrual period (LMP) po if regular mestruation kayo. Then from LMP, less 3 months tas add ka ng 7 days. Yung yung estimated due date (EDD) po. Example po sakin, June 1 LMP ko po. Less 3 months so March 1 plus 7 days. March 8 po supposedly yung EDD ko hehe. Although irreg ako kaya ultrasound ang sinusunod ng OB ko na EDD.
