1st trimester: Mual dan muntah

Hi mommies, boleh tak share pengalaman apa makanan ke minuman nak elakkan mual dan muntah. Sy masa ni minum air suam banyak pun muntah, minum susu mual, makan nasi pun nak muntah. Before pregnant saya langsung xde alahan2 ni. First pregnancy dulu pun xde alahan makanan, cuma morning sickness je tp selera makan okey. 2nd pregnancy was a miscarriage, langsung xde alahan masa tu. Ni 3rd pregnancy kuat sangat alahannya.

    sy smua mknan sy muntah sy mkn buah je klau mkn nasi je kluar balik buah je yg boleh telan air sy mnum air manis tapi bncuh kurang manis air masak sy muntah .
