Ultimate Pregnancy Smoothie
No cooking required
- 1 ½ cups frozen organic berries
- 1 cavendish banana
- 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 2 tbsp flax hemp blend
- 1 big handful mix of spinach and kale
- 6–8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Combine all ingredients and blend for 45 secs.
