Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples , peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 medium carrot , grated
  • ½ cup dates , roughly chopped
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir.
  2. Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Remove from heat. Serve with milk.
