Ingredients
- 2 medium apples , peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 medium carrot , grated
- ½ cup dates , roughly chopped
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups water
Steps
- Add all ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir.
- Cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove from heat. Serve with milk.
