  • ¼ cup ready-to-eat dried apricots , finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds , roughly chopped
  • 9 oz carrots , roughly chopped
  • 2 oz spinach
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp kelp powder
  • Mineral water


  1. Place the apricots in a small bowl, and pour in ½ cup boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Push the spinach through a juicer, followed by the carrots, then apricots. Stir in the lemon juice, pumpkin seeds, and kelp powder.
  3. Pour the juice in a glass, and top with mineral water. Serve immediately.
