No cooking required
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup unsweetened kefir
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds , frozen
- 7 strawberries , frozen
- ½ cup whole cranberries , frozen
- 1 large kale leaf
- 3 Swiss Chard leaves
- Water, to thin out
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add water to thin to desired consistency.
