Ingredients
- 6 gala apples , peeled, cored and roughly chopped
- 2 packed cups of fresh spinach
- ½ cup water
Steps
- Place the apples and water in a medium saucepan. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the spinach on top of the apples and simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor for 1 to 2 minutes, until completely smooth.
