Almond Honey Oat Bars
No cooking required
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cups oats
- Heat a medium sauceepan on low flame. Melt almond butter and honey and transfer to a bowl. Mix in oats.
- Grease an 8” x 8” pan and press your oat mixture onto it. Refrigerate for several hours (preferrably overnight). Cut into squares. If storing, it can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
