Ingredients

  • 4 blue crabs cut into 4
  • 300 g clams
  • 300 g mussels
  • 500 g large prawns
  • 500 g squid Small to Medium Size
  • 4 shallots medium size
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 3 curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 6 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp fennel powder
  • 1 tamarine paste golf ball size
  • 4 cups beef broth or water
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 6 okra
  • 6 tbsp organic coconut oil

Steps

  1. Blend garlic and onion until it becomes a paste
  2. Clean all seafood and set aside
  3. In a big pot, add in coconut oil and adjust heat to medium. Once hot, add in msustard seeds, star anise, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds, cardamon, corriander seeds and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds until ustard seeds pop
  4. Add in ground ingredients and fry for a few minutes until fragrant
